“I would like to present a factual assessment explaining why South Korea is facing deep structural vulnerability today: the country has never had a genuine conservative party. The current People Power Party (PPP) is not a conservative party but an old-guard machine run by political elders who preserved their networks while enabling PRC influence and undermining electoral integrity.

This is not a political claim. It is a traceable institutional record.

1. Legal breach sanctioned under conservative governments (QR-code ballots)

The core election vulnerability originated under Park Geun-hye’s administration.

The Public Official Election Act Article 151(6) explicitly requires:

‘the serial number must be printed in the form of a bar-shaped barcode.’

Despite this, in 2014 the National Election Commission (NEC) issued an internal guideline unilaterally redefining QR codes as ‘two-dimensional barcodes,’ allowing a complete departure from the statute.

Conservative lawmakers:

• approved NEC budget requests for QR-enabled systems  

• ignored the statutory conflict  

• allowed QR readers and servers to be deployed nationwide  

Because a QR code can encode far more data than a bar-shaped barcode, this decision created the technical foundation for traceability, metadata injection, and integration with the centralized voter database.

This legal breach happened under a conservative administration — with no legislative challenge.

2. PRC economic penetration was engineered under conservative rule (Investor-visa program)

The 2010 real-estate investor visa, introduced under a conservative governor, allowed PRC nationals to acquire residence permits through land purchases.

Data demonstrates the structural impact:

• PRC-owned land in Jeju expanded from approx. 1.41 million m² to over 9 million m² within several years  

• land around core tourism and strategic zones shifted to PRC corporate entities  

• this created long-term land leverage and political influence  

This was not ‘market activity.’ It was a government-designed channel for PRC penetration of Korean territory.

3. Telecommunications security failures originated under conservative rule (Huawei issue)

In 2013, LG Uplus introduced Huawei network equipment. The Obama administration explicitly raised security concerns.

The Park government’s response:

‘a private business decision.’

No security audit was required.  

No legislative barrier was proposed.  

No national security assessment was conducted.

This decision directly undermined trilateral intelligence security today. The original fault lies with the conservative administration that refused to intervene

데이터는 구조적 영향을 보여줍니다:

• 제주에 있는 중국 소유의 토지가 몇 년 만에 약 141만 평방미터에서 900만 평방미터 이상으로 확장되었습니다

• 핵심 관광 및 전략 구역 주변의 토지가 중화인민공화국 기업으로 이전되었습니다

• 이로 인해 장기적인 토지 지렛대와 정치적 영향력이 생겼습니다

이것은 '시장 활동'이 아니었습니다 그것은 중국이 한국 영토에 침투하기 위해 정부가 설계한 채널이었습니다.

3. 보수적인 통치 하에서 시작된 통신 보안 실패 (화웨이 문제)
